The limited weight charge is based on the cumulative weight of all Dog Food, Cat Food, and Litter in the shopping cart and will be added to the standard shipping charge. Please refer to the chart below for limited weight charges.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES:
Shipments that are sent to residential addresses via UPS ground should be delivered within 4-7 business days. Shipments sent to US P.O. boxes sent via USPS should be delivered within 6-10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. If your delivery does not arrive within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-877-687-3601 or email us at onlinehelp@allpet.com.
